I'd appreciate it people would star (*) their name if they've read the book and just don't actually own it, so that those who missed out for one reason or another could get their hands on it first, but it's not strictly necessary. Contact info (actual addresses should, obviously, be avoided) should be noted at the very bottom of the list along with whatever name you used for the actual list - URLs will automatically become links, or you can type [ http:// www. whatever .com | your name ] without the spaces and you'll get a prettier version.
